Start a Profitable Cabinet Refacing Business — Without Years of School or Debt

One of the biggest challenges isn’t learning the physical work—it’s learning how to price jobs, manage customers, and run the business correctly.

This is a hands-on, mentorship-driven program — not a course you buy and forget. Click the picture below.

WHO THIS PROGRAM IS FOR

This program is for you if:

  • You want to work for yourself, not chase jobs forever
  • You like hands-on, skilled work that pays well
  • You want a real business, not a side hustle
  • You’re willing to learn a system that works

This program is NOT for you if:

  • You’re looking for a get-rich-quick scheme
  • You don’t want to work with clients
  • You’re unwilling to follow proven processes

This program is intentionally small so I can stay involved.

WHY CABINET REFACING

Cabinet refacing is one of the most overlooked opportunities in the remodeling world.

  • High demand
  • Short project timelines
  • Lower overhead than full remodels
  • Premium results for homeowners

Most people fail not because the work is hard —
but because they never learn the business side correctly.

That’s what this academy fixes.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

YOUR BUSINESS TOOLKIT

You won’t be starting with a blank sheet of paper.

As part of Steen’s Kitchen Academy, you’ll receive the forms, checklists, measurement sheets, estimating tools, and reference materials designed to help you follow the system and stay organized as you build your business.

You don’t have to build the process from scratch. You’ll have a framework to follow from the beginning.

Inside Steen’s Kitchen Academy, you’ll learn:

  • How to measure and plan a cabinet refacing job
  • Tools and materials you actually need (and what you don’t)
  • Pricing your jobs for profit, not survival
  • Working with homeowners confidently
  • Step-by-step training videos
  • Real-world job workflows
  • Hands-on job shadowing or mentorship options

This is not theory.
This is how the work is done in the real world.

YOUR STEP-BY-STEP TRAINING ROADMAP

You won’t be left trying to figure out what to learn next.

The Academy is organized around a clear progression—from understanding the basics and measuring your first kitchen to pricing jobs, completing the work, dealing with customers, and building the business.

You’ll know what to learn, what to do, and what comes next.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

Here’s what happens next:

1. Submit your application
2. I personally review it
3. If it looks like a good fit, we’ll schedule a call
4. Once accepted, you’ll get access to your training and we’ll begin

THE FOUNDING FIVE

Every academy has a beginning. Steen’s Kitchen Academy will begin with five founding students.

These first five aren’t just joining the program. They’ll help shape it.

As one of the Founding Five, you’ll receive more direct access to me than I expect to offer in future classes. I’ll work closely with you as you learn the business, review jobs and estimates, answer questions, and help you work through the real-world problems that come with getting started.

You’ll also have the opportunity to work alongside me on real kitchen projects in Florida during our available September–November training window, giving you the chance to see the process firsthand.

I can’t guarantee what you’ll earn or whether your business will succeed. Nobody honestly can.

But I can promise this: I’ll be fully invested in helping you succeed.

Your feedback and experience will also help me make Steen’s Kitchen Academy better for every student who follows.

And years from now, no matter how large the Academy becomes, you’ll always be one of the original Founding Five.

Founding Five Investment: $15,000
Future program investment: $30,000

Only five Founding Five positions will ever be available.

[APPLY FOR A FOUNDING FIVE POSITION]

As a Founding Five student, you’ll have the opportunity to come to Florida, at your expense, and work alongside me on a real cabinet refacing project.

You’ll see the process firsthand—from preparation through completion—and have the opportunity for additional hands-on training if needed and scheduling allows.

This isn’t practice. It’s real-world training on real kitchens

ABOUT MIKE STEEN

I’ve spent over 25 years in the cabinet and remodeling industry helping homeowners transform kitchens into functional, beautiful spaces — without breaking the bank.

Before that, I spent 23 years as a firefighter, where discipline, systems, and doing things the right way mattered every day.

That same mindset is how I built this business — and how I teach it.

No fluff.
No shortcuts.
Just proven results.
